  • 1) Once we've maximized ACE or ARB + CCB + long-acting thiazide, which is the best BB to add to reduce hypertension? 2) I still get call-backs from the pharmacist telling me that there is a risk of combining a dihydropyridine-CCB with a BB. How high is the risk and what do I do when I have no other option? Thank you
