DEADLINE TO DOWNLOAD “SELF-LEARNING” CERTIFICATE - March 11, 2024

Accreditation Statement:
This one-credit-per-hour Self-Learning program meets the certification criteria of the College of Family Physicians of Canada and has been certified by the Office of Continuing Professional Development, Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, McGill University for up to 63 Mainpro+ credits/hours.

Credits must be claimed in the year in which you finish learning and download your certificate.

If you have watched a session live you cannot claim credits for it here again.

Instructions:

1. Submit the “Evaluation for Presenters” for each lecture you attended. You’ll only receive credits for the talks you evaluated.
2. Submit the “Global Course Evaluation" Form. Make sure you evaluated all the talks you attended before you submit this form.
3. You will be able to download the CME certificate upon submission of both evaluation forms. You need to download the certificate by March 11, 2024 at 23:59 EST at the very latest.
