Although the SARS-COV-2 pandemic is not really 'over' ... the massive investment in developing vaccines to target this virus has the potential to turn the vaccine 'landscape' on its head over the coming years. At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to:

  • Better understand the successes and failures of the novel vaccine platforms introduced during the SARS-COV-2 pandemic
  • Appreciate how these new technologies and novel approaches to vaccination may influence practice in the coming decade
  • Reassume vaccine-hesitant and -resistant patients reagrding the benefit-risk profile of these novel vaccines
