Julia Chabot is currently completing her residency training in Geriatric Medicine at McGill University and a master of Psychology at University of Montréal. Her research interests include mobility and the use of music as an intervention in the care of geriatric patients. In 2014, she founded the Musicians United for Seniors to Improve Care (MUSIC) project which has been providing live music sessions to the patients admitted in the Geriatric Assessment Unit at St. Mary's hospital.
